Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Support, Network Capability, and Resource Accessibility as Drivers of Venture Scaling Readiness among Early-Stage Ventures in Bogor

This study examines the effects of entrepreneurial ecosystem support, networking capabilities, and resource accessibility on business scaling readiness among early-stage startups in Bogor, Indonesia. A quantitative research design was employed using a cross-sectional survey of 150 startup founders, co-founders, owners, and managers. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The analysis included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that entrepreneurial ecosystem support, networking capabilities, and resource accessibility have positive and significant effects on business scaling readiness. Networking capabilities emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by resource accessibility and entrepreneurial ecosystem support. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influenced business scaling readiness, with an F-value of 89.59 and p < 0.001. The model produced an Adjusted R² of 0.641, indicating that 64.1% of the variation in scaling readiness was explained by the three predictors. The findings highlight the importance of relational capabilities, accessible strategic resources, and supportive entrepreneurial environments in preparing early-stage startups for sustainable business expansion.
