Reviewer Guidelines

Reviewers are expected to provide independent, objective, constructive, and evidence-based evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Reviewers should:

• Accept assignments only when they possess appropriate expertise and can complete the review within the requested period.
• Treat manuscripts, data, and review materials as confidential.
• Respect the journal's double-blind review process and not attempt to identify authors.
• Evaluate originality, theoretical or conceptual relevance, methodological rigor, quality of evidence, interpretation, ethical compliance, clarity, and scholarly contribution.
• Provide clear and constructive comments that focus on the manuscript rather than the author.
• Identify important relevant literature that may have been overlooked without engaging in coercive citation.
• Disclose any conflict of interest and decline the review where impartiality could reasonably be questioned.
• Inform the editor confidentially of suspected plagiarism, fabrication, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, or other research-integrity concerns.
• Not upload confidential manuscripts, supplementary files, or identifiable unpublished data to public or external generative-AI systems. AI-assisted tools may not replace independent expert judgment, and reviewers remain responsible for all comments submitted in their name.
