About the Journal

The Journal of Marine Resources and Coastal Sustainability is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by North Press. It is dedicated to marine resources, coastal ecosystems, biodiversity, conservation, fisheries-related sustainability, and the sustainable governance of ocean and coastal environments.

The journal publishes field, laboratory, modelling, spatial, socio-ecological, policy, review, and case-based studies that connect marine science with environmental management, livelihoods, climate resilience, blue-economy development, and evidence-based coastal policy. The journal is published three times a year, in February, July, and October.
