Publication Ethics

Humanities uses the Committee of Publication Ethics (CoPE) (https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Guidelines) as a reference for publication ethics. We strongly oppose the publication of plagiarized or duplicate works. In addition, we are committed to ensuring that all submitted manuscripts are original. Therefore, we are responsible for cross-checking to ensure that submitted manuscripts have never been published before being submitted to Humanities.

There are limits to how far Sciences du Nord Humanities and Social Sciences can check the submitted work. Therefore, we urge external reviewers and the academic community to report all forms of violations to our help desk officers via northpressmail@gmail.com  so that they can be followed up immediately.

Sciences du Nord Humanities and Social Sciences may initiate a retraction if a work is found to be fraudulent, or an expression of concern if our editors have reasonable suspicions of infringement. Besides that, Sciences du Nord Humanities and Social Sciences can facilitate replacement. In this case, the author of the original article can retract the flawed original article and replace it with a revised version.

Comments or correspondence from reviewer partners and correspondence must not contain personal attacks on the author. Editors and review partners may only criticize the work, not the researcher and must edit (or reject) letters that contain statements that are personal or offensive.
