Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess conformity with the journal's Focus and Scope, Author Guidelines, originality, scholarly quality, and ethical requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors or declined before external review.

The journal applies a double-blind peer-review system. Manuscripts that pass editorial screening are evaluated by at least one independent expert reviewer. Additional reviewers, including a second or third reviewer, may be appointed when further specialist evaluation is required or when reviewer opinions differ substantially.

Reviewers assess the manuscript's:

Theoretical or conceptual foundation

Methodological or analytical rigor

Quality and credibility of evidence

Interpretation and discussion of findings

Ethical compliance

Clarity of presentation and references

The Editor-in-Chief or authorized editor makes the final publication decision after considering reviewer recommendations and independent editorial assessment.

Authors invited to revise a manuscript should submit a revised version together with a point-by-point response to reviewer and editor comments.

The peer-review process is generally completed within approximately 1–2 weeks, although the actual duration may vary according to reviewer availability, manuscript complexity, and revision requirements.
