Reviewer Guidelines

Reviewers are expected to provide independent, objective, constructive, and evidence-based evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Reviewers should:

Accept assignments only when they possess appropriate expertise and can complete the review within the requested period.

Treat manuscripts, data, and review materials as confidential.

Respect the journal's double-blind review process and not attempt to identify authors.

Evaluate originality, theoretical or conceptual relevance, methodological rigor, quality of evidence, interpretation, ethical compliance, clarity, and scholarly contribution.

Provide clear and constructive comments that focus on the manuscript rather than the author.

Identify important relevant literature that may have been overlooked without engaging in coercive citation.

Disclose any conflict of interest and decline the review where impartiality could reasonably be questioned.

Inform the editor confidentially of suspected plagiarism, fabrication, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, or other research-integrity concerns.
