The manufacturing industry in Indonesia stands at a critical juncture, where the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology holds the promise of transformative changes. This research conducts a systematic literature analysis to delve into the development, implementation, and impact of IoT in Indonesian manufacturing, with a specific focus on operational efficiency. The exploration of diverse IoT technologies, adoption trends, implementation challenges, and operational outcomes provides a nuanced understanding of the current landscape. Challenges such as technological complexities, organizational resistance, and regulatory uncertainties are identified, along with tangible benefits in process optimization, supply chain management, and quality control. Best practices and strategies for successful IoT integration are elucidated, offering valuable insights to stakeholders in the Indonesian manufacturing sector. This research aims to contribute to informed decision-making, fostering a resilient and technology-driven manufacturing ecosystem in Indonesia.
